The Questions

For my feedback on my work, one thing that came apparent was that there was something missing. Another element that would take it to the next level.


The idea of asking the model a question came up, and this was something i thought would really add a little more to my book to help the audience stop and look at the image whilst taking in the answer to the question.


Many questions came to mind, so i thought to myself, instead of asking one question to all the people i photograph i thought i would be best to ask a different question to each person to see what response they would give.


The questions i would ask would I've the audience an insight into the person they are looking at on the opposite page, causing them to take more time to look through the book and take it in as a whole.


Many questions that come to mind are:

• Why do you work here?
• What is your favorite piece in the shop?
• What do you enjoy about working here?
• Do you enjoy your job?
